    ReLit Kit™Candle-Making Instructions

Bring Your Own Jar. Bring Your Own Vibe.

Your ReLit Kit includes 8 oz of coconut-soy wax with clean fragrance already blended in. No measuring. No mixing. Just reheat, pour, and enjoy the glow.

    What’s Included

    • 8 oz coconut-soy wax with fragrance already infused

    • 1 wick

    • 1 wick sticker

    • 1 wick-holding stick (to keep things centered and drama-free)

    You’ll need:

    • A heat-safe container of your choice (glass, ceramic, or metal)

    • A pot + heat-safe bowl (for a double boiler)

    • Oven mitts

    • Optional but helpful: a thermometer (not required)

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Prep Your Container

    • Choose a heat-safe container (no plastic, no paper — this is not arts & crafts hour).

    • Attach the wick sticker to the bottom of the wick.

    • Press the wick firmly into the center of your container.

    • Use the wick-holding stick to keep the wick upright and centered.

    2. Reheat the Wax

    • Set up a double boiler: simmer water in a pot and place the wax in a heat-safe bowl over it.

    • Heat slowly and gently until fully melted.

    • Best practice:

      • Melt wax until liquid (around 160–180°F).

      • Do not exceed ~200°F. Overheating can damage wax and fragrance.

    • Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

If you don’t have a thermometer:
When the wax is fully liquid and glossy — not steaming or bubbling — you’re good.

    3. Pour

    • Pour the wax slowly into your prepared container.

    • Leave a little space at the top.

    • Double-check that your wick is still centered.

    4. Cool + Set

    • Let the candle cool undisturbed for several hours until fully solid.

    • Don’t move it, shake it, or poke it. Wax prefers peace.

    5. Trim + Rest

    • Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before lighting.

    • For best scent performance, let your candle rest for 2–3 days before burning.

    Pro Tips

    • Slightly warming glass containers before pouring can help prevent surface dips.

    • Uneven tops happen sometimes — it’s normal and doesn’t affect performance.

    • Every candle tells a story. This one just happens to be yours.

That’s it. You made a candle.
Light it up, bask in your success, and enjoy a clean burn made your way.
