    Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your candles! If you're unhappy with your purchase, let us know. While we don't accept returns or exchanges, we're dedicated to making things right for our customers. We'll work closely with you to address any concerns and find a satisfactory solution such as a replacement, or discount on a future purchase.

While we strive to deliver top-notch products, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here's how we handle damaged items:

    • If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll promptly work with you to arrange a replacement for the damaged item.

      • To report a damaged item, contact us at hello@extralitcandles.com and include photos of the damaged items.

      • Any replacements or discounts will only be processed for cases where photos have been provided.

    • If your candle shows up looking a bit dewy, no worries! Natural waxes like soy can get a little sweaty when exposed to different temperatures. Just light it up for the first time, and the fragrance oil on top will blend right back in without messing with the candle's quality or scent. Candle sweating is normal and is not considered damaged.
