The Cozy AF collection was born from a craving—not for sugar and spice, but for something deeper. I wanted to create fall candles that actually meant something. Scents that make you pause. Scents that make you remember.
Because for me, candles are about more than smelling nice. They’re about feeling something. And fall? Fall is where the core memories live.

Let’s be real: I loathe basic fall scents. The classic spice blends, the overly sweet gourmands, the jars plastered in loud text and gimmicky sayings? Not it.
ExtraLit was created for the bold—for the people who want more than a cookie-cutter candle moment. I want the scent to stop you in your tracks. To catch you off guard in the best way. Something you want to keep coming back to because it’s just... different. And good.
I want my candles to live in your home—to blend in with your aesthetic, not compete with it. No big branding, no screaming slogans. The design stays clean and intentional so the scent can speak for itself.
Scent is Memory
The Cozy AF trio came straight from my own memory bank. Wet leaves on the walk home from school. A bonfire in rainy Michigan, wrapped in flannel and drinking cheap beer under the clouds. Apfelwein and desserts in Germany on a fall trip around the world. And yes—those hazy afterparties where you’re layered in blankets, incense burning, listening to new music that hits different in the cold.
I wanted to capture those moments. Because I know I’m not the only one who lived them.
Our Process (AKA No, I Don’t Just Pick Scents From a Catalog)
Every candle we make starts with a feeling. A flash of memory. An emotional vibe that I want to recreate. From there, it’s full mad scientist mode: I start testing scents, mixing and matching, tossing cotton buds into mason jars to marinate. If it doesn’t hit after ten tries? It gets shelved. If it does? It gets sniffed by the toughest critics I know—my kids, my husband, and a circle of friends who aren’t afraid to tell me if it’s not it.
We only use clean, high-end ingredients. No parabens, no phthalates, no mystery formulas. Just bold, complex scents that earn their spot in your space.

I didn’t start this brand just to sell candles. I started it to create something that mattered—to me, and to the people who light them.
